Soave

So we hop a bus to Soave, a small town 20 km east of Verona.  It's like going to Napa or any wine country small town.  We arrive, get a map at the TI, and circumnavigate the town in 25 minutes.  We spy an alley way, with beautiful flowering wisteria.  We enter and walk around a courtyard.  An old man (old to me anyway) approaches and asks if we would like to sample some wine.  Is the pope Spanish?  Of course we do!  We are now being served by Mr Coffele, of Coffele Vineyards.  While there, a young man drops off a resume.  Mr C says that he gets 3-4 resumes a day.  Yikes.  We end up buying 6 bottles, stop for lunch at an outdoor trattoria and wander back to the bus station.  Twenty minutes later, we're on our way back to Verona.  Sounds like a siesta to me, eh?
