Girl stuff...

Per our driver's advice, we headed to Castle Combe village.  It was cute or should I say... keeeeeewwwwwwttttttt.  Little tiny shops selling little tiny things.  And don't forget lots of tea rooms.  We stayed about 45 minutes and then headed to Lacock, pronounced LAYcock, not La Cock.
We arrived in Lacock, feeling a bit hungry.  We found a delightful tea shop, full of keeewwwwwwttt knick knacks, and had lunch. I had the chicken and mushroom pie special.  Best meal I've had so far in the UK.

After lunch, we headed to the Fox Talbot photo museum.  While Henry lived at the abbey in 1839, he invented the positive/negative film photography that we all grew up with.  He eventually deeded the entire estate to the National Trust.  So a small village and the estate remain. People live there, paying rent to the National Trust.
