Lanhyrdrock estate...

Before leaving on this trip, we became members of the National Trust.  $48US gets me into all of the Trust sites.  Today we chose Lanhydrock, pronounced LAN Hydrock, not Laney drock (which is what my amerikan brain was thinking).  Anyway, it's the best site so far.  The home has been kept in its turn of the century style.  Total estate is 900 acres.  Big problem though... touring a place like this with your two sisters who read EVERYTHING.  Like, if they saw a carton of Marlboros, they would read the surgeon general's warning on EVERY pack in the carton.  Keyrist, it took FOREVER for them to get thru this house.  Like I sat on a bench for a hour at the end and they still were not done.
